THE PARANORMAL POLICE HEADQUARTERS

We were sitting in one of the former viewing rooms with our hosts and I had been
saying aloud to the spirits that we had driven some distance and really wanted to
talk with them. Linda mentioned that she thought she saw some movement
coming from a back corner of the room and one of our hosts, Jennifer, asked if it
were like a child peeking. Linda agreed that it was and it was explained to us that
this is one of the common apparitions in the museum – a ghost of a child they
called Tommy.
I was seated with my back towards the direction of the figure and had been
holding my K-II EMF meter with my left hand. I slowly moved my hand off to
the side and slightly behind me, pointing it in the direction of the figure that Linda
had seen. I began to explain in a calm, soft voice not to be afraid and that if he
wanted he could come close to me and play a little game. I gently explained, in the
simplest terms to an unseen child, that if he snuck up next to me he could make
the lights on my toy change colors. Within a second my hand was ice cold!
Simultaneously, the lights on the K-II meter lit up indicating the presence of an
electromagnetic field. This electromagnetic field had not been there moments
earlier and was coinciding with this very cold feeling on my hand.
As my K-II meter reacted and my hand felt cold I had the distinct impression that
this child was holding my hand. An incredible sadness and loneliness came over
me and I felt tears begin to well in my eyes and roll down my face. I maintained
my composure and thanked the boy, telling him he did a great job. I asked the
little boy if he liked trains and Jennifer recorded a sound on digital audio that
sounded like a boy giggling. I also asked him if he could tell us his name and we
later heard on digital audio the voice of a little boy clearly say ‘no’.
